A storybook garden can be based on anything you might find in a book – a garden for fairies, super heroes, cars, dinosaurs, turtles, toads or witches – any story you can imagine.
The competition is open to children and young people (to 18 years) who live in the ACT and surrounding region. You might like to make it yourself, with your family or friends. You can also get an adult to help too – mum or dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, your teacher or childcare educator.
There are great prizes for you and the person who may help you. Prizes are listed below.
The competition costs $10 to enter and all entry fees will go towards towards Boundless, the Centenary of Canberra National Playground - Canberra’s first all abilities playground on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin, opening on Saturday 11 October 2014.
The competition ends on Wednesday 26 November 2014.
The winners will be announced here on Wednesday 3 December 2014 – which is International Day of People with Disability. Prizes will be posted to winners.
